ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR
Leonard Shelf Floor Lamp
Model# 4008-22
1. Screw tube (B) onto base (A)
2. Screw tube (B), (C) and (D) together until tight.
3. Hex screw (G) comes pre-assembled to the curved tube (E).
Before placing the curved tube(E) onto the tube (D) , please
unscrew this hex screw (G).
4. Place the curved tube(E) onto tube (D), then tighten it using
hex screw (G) with allen wrench (F).
Note: The Arc lamp should face forward with the arm
reaching over the base (see diagram below).
5. Screw tube (H) onto base (A), then place glass top (I) onto
tube (H) together.
6. Screw second tube (H) onto base (A), then screw tube (J)
onto tube (H). Then place glass top (K) onto tube (J) and
screw down to tighten.
7. Socket ring (M) comes pre-assembled to the socket. Before
placing the shade onto the socket, please unscrew this socket
ring.
8. Place shade (L) onto socket and tighten it with socket ring
(M).
