Note: Please do not install the MI-560CS in a shared PCI slot. Avoid any PCI slot next to an ISA slot because this is often a shared slot and does not support bus mastering. You may refer to the mainboard manual to know which PCI slot share the resource with AGP slot and avoid using it as well.
The driver installation below is for ME-561A, which is similar ME-561R and MI-560CS. They have to install with different driver, please make sure the selected driver file is correct during the installation.

Select “Specify a location” and click “Next”. You can click “Browse” to specify the driver location. There are three sub-folders in the Drivers folder of provided CD-ROM. Please select the correct driver according to the model name of your modem. Click “OK” to continue. Windows will show this screen to prompt you that it finds a driver for the device you are installing, click “Next”...
In the screen below, press ”Yes” to continue. Click “Finish” to complete the driver installation. (In Win98/Me, Windows will ask you restart your PC when driver installation finished.) 3.2 Windows XP / Server 2003 Driver Installation Note: The following installation operates under Windows XP. When you are installing MI-560CS, please press “Have Disk” and locate the driver to E:\Drivers\MI-560CS\Win2000 (Assume “E” is your CD-ROM drive). Set the dial plan with the information your ISP provided. Note: We strongly recommend you to install the latest Windows NT4 Service Pack AFTER successful installation of the driver.
