Falsche Montage des Messsystems!

der Magnetbandoberfläche 64 mT
(640 Oe; 52 kA/m) nicht überschreiten.
Falscher Anschluss!
● Steckverbinder nur verbinden oder trennen,

● Minimalen Biegeradius des Kabels einhalten.
Eindringen von Fremdkörpern oder

● Beurteilung, Erkennung und Vermeidung

hen können.
● Berechtigung, Stromkreise und Geräte/
Systeme gemäß den Standards der Sicher-
heitstechnik in Betrieb zu nehmen, zu erden
und zu kennzeichnen.
● Vorschriftsmäßige Umsetzung von
Unfallverhütungsvorschriften.
● Kenntnisse der örtlichen Rettungseinrichtun-
gen.
● Erfahren in der Anwendung von Erste-Hilfe-
Maßnahmen.
● Anwendung der Sicherheitsregeln für das
Arbeiten an und mit elektrischen Anlagen.
● Vorschriftsmäßiger Umgang mit Schutzein-
richtungen.
● Beachtung aller geltender Normen,
Vorschriften und Sicherheitsbestimmungen
für das Arbeiten an der Maschine/Anlage und
dem SeGMo-System.
● Durch den Betreiber/Maschinenhersteller
geschult im Umgang mit dem SeGMo-Sys-
tem, der Maschine/Anlage und elektrostatisch
gefährdeten Bauteilen.
Pflichten des Personals
● Geforderte Personalqualifikation
sicherstellen.
● Vor allen Arbeiten diese Begleitinformation
und alle mitgeltenden Dokumente lesen und
sicherstellen, dass die Inhalte aller Doku-
mente verstanden werden.
● Alle Handlungsanweisungen befolgen und die
angegebene Reihenfolge einhalten.
● Persönliche Schutzausrüstung tragen.
● ESD-Schutzausrüstung verwenden.
● Auf ausreichenden Bewegungsfreiraum
achten.
● Alle Aufkleber, Symbole und Hinweise auf der
Original-Verpackung und auf dem Produkt

Wiedereinschalten sichern.

Before carrying out any work, read the operating
instructions. The operating instructions contain
important instructions for safe use of the prod-
uct.
Hazards to persons
Failure to comply with the documentation!
● Read these product information and all refer-
ence documents before performing any work.
Material damage
Electrostatic discharge!
● Wear ESD protective equipment.
● Store and transport the product only in its
original packaging.
Incorrect assembly of measuring system!
● Observe description (→ Page 2f) and plan-
ning information (→ Page 2).
● Ensure that external magnetic fields on the
magnetic tape surface do not exceed 64 mT
(640 Oe; 52 kA/m).
Incorrect connection!
● Only connect or disconnect connectors if the
product is de-energized.
● Observe the minimum bending radius of the
cable.
Penetration of foreign bodies or liquids!
● Ensure that the connectors are protected
against penetration of foreign bodies or
liquids!
● Do not use pressure washers to clean.
Applications of force!
● Do not hit or step on the product.
● Avoid hard knocks.
● Do not bend any connector contacts.
● Do not drop the product.
● Store and transport the product only in its
original packaging.
● Do not remove the product from its original
packaging until you are at the installation site.
Safety-conscious behavior
Qualified specialist personnel must meet the fol-
lowing requirements for all work:
● Technical training in the field of mechatronic
systems
● Assessment, detection and prevention of
possible hazards which may occur during
work
● Authorization to commission, ground and
label power circuits and devices/systems in
accordance with safety engineering stan-
dards
● Implementation of health and safety regula-
tions in accordance with regulations
● Knowledge of local emergency facilities
● Experienced in the application of first aid
measures
● Application of the safety rules when working
on and with electrical equipment
● Handling guards in accordance with regula-
tions
● Knowledge of all applicable standards, regu-
lations and safety rules for working on the
machine/system and on the SeGMo system
● Trained by the operator/machine manufactur-
er to handle the SeGMo system, the ma-
chine/system and electrostatically sensitive
components
Obligations of personnel
● Ensure required personnel qualifications.
● Read this product information and all refer-
ence documents before performing any work
and ensure that the contents of all documents
are understood.
● Follow all instructions for action and comply
with the specified sequence.
● Wear personal protective equipment.
● Wear ESD protective equipment.
● Make sure that there is sufficient room to
move.
● Read and observe all labels, symbols and
instructions on the original packaging and on
the product.
Before carrying out any work:
Shut down the machine/system and secure it
against being restarted.
Ensure that the linear sensor and cable are
de-energized.
