Attach the seat post bottom (14) to the top of the assembled platform using four 1/4 X 1-3/4 IN bolts (45), four 1/4 IN washers (46) and four nuts (50) for each seat post.

Attach two brace-to-leg brackets (3) to each leg assembly using two 1/4 X 2 IN bolt (43) and nuts (50).
  • Page 11 Operator’s Manual 12’ 2-Man Quad Pod 6B. Locate one of each of the following braces: 26, 28, 29, 30, and 42 to make the RIGHT SIDE ladder cross brace assembly. Insert brace (26) into brace (29). Next, insert brace (28) into brace (30). Brace (29) and brace (30) will be the top of the assembly.
  • Page 12 Operator's Manual 12’ 2-Man Quad Pod 8. Begin assembly of the ladder by first sliding together the top, middle, and bottom ladder sections (20, 23, 24). Attach one brace-to-ladder bracket (4) to each side of the top ladder (20) and secure with one 1/4 X 1-3/4 IN bolt (45) and a nut (50).
  • Page 13 Operator’s Manual 12’ 2-Man Quad Pod 10A. Locate the rear cross brace assembly from step 7. With brace (27) closer to the platform, connect each brace (27) to the inside of the brace-to-leg attachments (3) that are closer to the platform using four 1/4 X 3/4 IN bolt (53) and nuts (50).
  • Page 14 Operator's Manual 12’ 2-Man Quad Pod 10B. Locate the left side ladder cross brace assembly made in Step 6A. Begin by attaching brace (30) to the inside of the brace-to-ladder bracket (4) that is closest to the platform located on the left side of the ladder using one 1/4 X 3/4 IN bolt (53) and nut (50).

Attach the three vertical corner supports (35) to the leg-to-platform assemblies using two 1/4 X 2-3/4 IN bolts (51) and two nuts (50) for each support. Attach the two vertical entry supports (32) to the platform assembly using one 1/4 X 2 IN bolt (43) and one nut (50) for each support.

Attach the two long support braces (40) to the vertical corner support (35) that is opposite to the ladder using one 1/4 X 1-1/2 IN bolt (44) and nut (50). Be sure the center holes in each long support brace (40) are closer to the other two vertical corner supports (35).

Assemble the shooting rail using the two long shooting rails (37), two short shooting rails (38), one entry shooting rail (34), three shooting rail corner hubs (36), and two shooting rail entry hubs (33) using ten 1/4 X 1-1/4 IN bolts (52) and nuts (50).

Begin assembly of the seats by attaching the top seat post (5) to the seat frame (19) using four 1/4 X 1-1/2 IN bolts (44) and nuts (50) for each seat. 15. Attach the seat assembly (18) and two armrests/ backrest (17) using four 1/4 X 2-1/4 IN bolts (47), two 1/4 X 1-1/2 IN bolts (44), six 1/4 IN steel washers (46), and six nuts (50) for each seat.
  • Page 19 Operator’s Manual 12’ 2-Man Quad Pod 16. Complete the assembly of the seats by sliding the backrest (16) onto the armrests/backrest supports (17). Then tension the backrest by attaching the backrest spreader (15) to the armrests/backrest supports (17) using two 1/4 X 1-1/2 IN bolts (44) and two nuts (50).
  • Page 20 Operator's Manual 12’ 2-Man Quad Pod 18. Using a hammer, drive the five provided ground stakes (6) into the ground at an angle towards the center of the tower. Driving them in at a similar angle as shown will greatly increase how well the tower is secured to the ground.
