Take the foot platform (1) and align holes in the outer edges with holes in free end of support bars (6), and flared platform rails (2) as shown in FIGURE 5. Secure the support bars (6) to the rear of the foot platform (1) with two 1/4-20 X 1-1/2 IN bolts (18), two washers (14), and two 1/4-20 nuts (15).
