AUTOMATIC AIR-CONDITIONING/DEMISTING
Comfort and optimum visibility in winter and in summer.
Explain to your customer how the automatic air-conditioning and demisting work.
Remind them that this system is designed to make the passenger compartment comfortable, keep visibility good and optimise fuel
consumption.
Controls
Describe in detail to your customer all the automatic air-
conditioning controls
• (1) "Clear-view" key for demisting and defrosting the windows.
• (2) Air-conditioning off key.
• (3) Automatic mode on.
• (4) Display panel.
• (5) and (7) Ventilation speed setting.
• (6) Passenger compartment air distribution setting (+).
• (8) Passenger compartment air distribution setting (-).
• (9) and (10) Air temperature control.
• (11) Rear screen and/or heated rear view mirrors deicer.
• (12) Air recirculation control.

Driving Position
Activating/deactivating the function
Press key (3). AUTO lights up on the display panel (4).
Explain to your customer that pressing key (9) increases the
temperature, while pressing key (10) reduces it.
Defrosting/Demisting
Explain to your customer how to activate the electric rear screen and/or
heated power mirrors demister by pressing key (11) (the warning light
turns on). To exit this function press key (11) again or wait for demisting
to stop automatically.
The "Clear View" function defrosts and demists the windscreen, front
side windows and rear view mirrors.
To activate it, press key (1). The warning lights on keys (1) and (11) turn
on, and AUTO is switched off on the display panel (4).
To deactivate the function, press key (1) or key (3). (AUTO lights up on the
display panel).
►The maximum settings of 15°C and 27°C set the system to
produce maximum cold or heat regardless of the ambient
conditions.
