Preventive Maintenance The recommended actions and part replacements below will ensure the quality of products and the reliability of the machine. These actions are based on a reoccur- ring preventive maintenance schedule as a function of brew cycle counts. The machine will automatically display the Service required message to the oper- ator when the service interval setting is reached.
Water pump pressure Adjust the water pump pressure during brewing to approx. 9 bar or adjust the pump pressure in menu 20 on 11bar. Steam boiler pressure When pressure-testing, the measured pressure should correspond to the in Menu 6.06 programmed pressure. Decalcifying Descale your water nozzle according to the level of water hardness.
Service Menu Machine Settings The following parameters must be carefully checked by performing a preventive maintenance.
