Preventive Maintenance The recommended actions and part replacements below will ensure the quality of products and the reliability of the machine. These actions are based on a reoccur- ring preventive maintenance schedule as a function of brew cycle counts. The machine will automatically display the Service required message to the oper- ator when the service interval setting is reached. -

Water pump pressure Adjust the water pump pressure during brewing to approx. 9 bar or adjust the pump pressure in menu 20 on 11bar. Steam boiler pressure When pressure-testing, the measured pressure should correspond to the in Menu 6.06 programmed pressure. Decalcifying Descale your water nozzle according to the level of water hardness. -
