    Fan Speed Packed with 2 fan speed settings of high and low to satisfy different usage requirement. Auto Dehumidification Mode At auto dehumidification mode, the humidity level is auto pre-set and regulated between 45% RH to 55% RH to provide a comfortable range of humidity level. Programmable Timer At either ON or OFF Mode, the unit can be programmed with a timer from 01 to 24 hours for an automatic shut off or start up respectively.

    Auto-Shut Off Function Unit shut off automatically with full water tank indicator in red in the following circumstances: • Water tank is full. • Water tank is not placed properly. • Water tank is removed. Room Humidity Display The display screen also shows the relative humidity level of the room/surrounding for user easy reference and to facilitate the humidity level adjustments accordingly to individual preference.

    Pre-Filter Screen & Enhanced Pre-Mesh Activated Carbon Filter ◊ Pre-Filter Screen at the back panel sieves out contaminants from the air that is drawn into the unit. This process increases the efficiency of the unit and helps to filter the air that is released back into the surroundings.

    USING THE NOVITA DEHUMIDIFIER Setting Up 01. Remove all packaging materials and place the unit on a dry, stable and level surface. • DO NOT remove the polystyrene from the water tank. 02. Remove the water tank and then proceed to grasp the grooves at the bottom of the pre-filer screen and slide it downwards to remove it from the unit.

Programmable Timer Unit can be programmed with a timer from 01 to 24 hours at an interval of 1 hour time for an automatic shutoff or start up respectively and its unit corresponding light indicator illuminates. TIMER • The programmable timer function will deactivate when user turns off the unit before the programmable timer duration is up.

    Compressor resumes its normal operation once the defrosting process is completed. EMPTYING THE WATER TANK novita Dehumidifier ND288 shuts off automatically when the water tank is full and its corresponding full FULL tank light indicator flashes and beep 3 times. Follow the simple steps below to empty the water tank.

    It is recommended to perform weekly cleaning & maintenance for unit optimum performance. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Cleaning the novita Dehumidifier It is important to conduct service maintenance of the unit at least once a week to ensure unit optimum performance and to prevent dust/dirt built up at the continuous drainage outlet port and water float sensor, which may lead to water leakage.

Hold onto both sides of the water tank and pull the water tank outwards to remove it from the unit.
