Troubleshooting

Check these questions first if you have problems with your
phone. If you need additional help, please contact the
Motorola Customer Contact Center.
Question
Is your battery
charged? Do
you see 6 in
the display?
Do you have a
valid 3 volt SIM
card inserted
in your
phone?
Does the
handset have
a signal? Do
you see 0 in
the display?
Is the earpiece
volume too
low?
Answer
The battery level indicator should
have at least one segment
showing (7). If it does not,
recharge your battery. See
page 18.
If necessary, turn off your phone
and make sure that you have
inserted a valid SIM card. See
page 20.
The signal strength indicator
should have at least one segment
showing (1). If it does not, move
to an area with a stronger signal
to use your phone.
While on a call, press right on the
S
key.
