3. Disassembly and Assembly Procedures

3.1 Disassembly SOP
Use a Philips-head screwdriver to remove four

screws for unlocking mechanisms.
(No.1~4 screw size=M4x11; Torque=9~11kgfxcm)
Wedge your fingers between the rear cover and the
middle bezel on the corners of the top side of the
monitor to release the rear cover, then use one hand

to press the middle bezel, the other hand to pull up
carefully the rear cover in order of arrow preference
for unlocking mechanisms of rear cover.

Lift up the rear cover up and put it aside. Tear off
4pcs aluminum foil, then disconnect the fan's wire
from the board, and release the wires from the

hooks of the main bracket chassis. Use a Philips-
head screwdriver to remove 4pcs screws for
releasing two fans.
(No.1~4 screw size=M3x4, Torque=6±0.5kgfxcm)

Tear off 1pcs tape, then disconnect the key wire,
sensor wire, lamp cables, color wire and connect wires
S4
away to the connectors of the board. Release the key
cable by tearing off the glue on the back of cable.
Use a Philips-head screwdriver to remove 3pcs screws
for unlocking the bracket unit, then release all the
wires from the hooks of the bracket. Remove 1pcs

rubber and disconnect the connect wire and release
the color bracket unit from the hooks of middle frame.
(No.1~3 screw size=M3x6, Torque=4±0.5kgfxcm)
Note: this step just for changing color cover.
color bracket unit into a fixture, then use a Philips-
head screwdriver to remove 1pcs screw for unlock
the connect board, and unplug the motor wire from
the connect board. Use a Philips-head screwdriver to
remove 1pcs screw for unlocking the motor with

bracket, to remove 1pcs screw to unlocking the color
covers. Disassemble the front cover with rear cover
and release color board by tearing off the tape.
(No.1 screw size=M2x3.3, Torque=1±0.2kgfxcm;
No.2 screw size=M1.6x3.5, Torque=1±0.2kgfxcm);
No.3 screw size=M3x4, Torque=6±0.5kgfxcm)
