Disassembly and Assembly Procedures 3.1 Disassembly SOP Tear off 1pcs tape, then disconnect the key wire, Use a Philips-head screwdriver to remove four sensor wire, lamp cables, color wire and connect wires screws for unlocking mechanisms. (No.1~4 screw size=M4x11; Torque=9~11kgfxcm) away to the connectors of the board.

(No.1~5 Screw size=M2x2.2, Torque=1±0.2kgfxcm) Disconnect the speakers wires and lamp cable from the connectors of the board, then release wires from the hooks of the bracket chassis, and then release the two speakers from the probers of the main chassis.
  • Page 8 Use a Philips-head screwdriver to remove 10pcs screws for unlocking power board, interface board and MCU board. (No.1 screw size=M4x8, Torque=6 kgfxcm; ±1 No.2~10 screw size=M3x6, Torque=6 kgfxcm) ±1 Remove the power board, MCU board and interface board from the bracket chassis carefully, and then disconnect all of the cables.
  • Page 9 3.2 Assembly SOP Turn over the interface board and put it into the bracket, then settle all the cable(put 1pcs cushion Place a main bracket chassis base on a protective to protect). Take 1pcs MCU board, then paste 1pcs cushion, then paste 6pcs silicon sheet on the mylar on the MCU board, then connect the MCU correct positions as the picture below shown.

Take 1pcs long lamp cable(2) and 1pcs LVDS cable(3) to connect with the panel connectors(left), then locate the cables into hooks of hinge and mylar.

Assmble1pcs the rear cover with the assembled unit, then use a Philips-head screwdriver to tighten 4pcs screws for unlocking the rear cover with the unit, then paste 1pcs label on the correct position of the rear cover as the picture below shown.
