    Read this manual carefully before operation to prevent damage of the machine or personal injuries. STM-W/O series of dual-purpose heaters are mainly used to heat up the mould and maintain its temperature, although they can be also used in other similar applications.

    Dual medium water or oil. First Two Codes: Heater Power (kW) Last code: Pump power (x10 HP) Shini Mould Temp. Controller 1.2 Features  The controller adopts 4.3’’LCD user-friendly interface for easy operation;  P.I.D multi-stage temperature control system can maintain a mould temperature with accuracy of ±0.5℃.
  • Page 9 Other chapters contain instructions for the daily operator. Any modifications of the machine must be approved by SHINI in order to avoid personal injury and damage to machine. We shall not be liable for any damage caused by unauthorized change of the machine.

The unit is designed to endure high temp, and high pressure. For safe operation, do not remove the covers or switches.
  • Page 11 To avoid producing statics, clean the floor from oil or water to keep a dry environment. Protect the machine against severe vibration or collision. Do not remove safety signs or make it dirty. Drunken, medicine-taking, or men without proper judgement should not operate the machine.

    1.5.2 Signs and Labels Please according to schedule to make regular maintenance. Oil discharge valve: oil discharge port when machine is changing oil. From mould: connector for circulating water/oil of coming from mould To mold: connector for circulating water/ oil to go to mould.

    3. Installation and Debugging 3.1 Installation Space During installation of the machine, keep at least 500mm installation space around the machine as shown by the picture. Do not install the machine in a position crowded with other objects. This would cause inconvenience to operation, maintenance and repair.

    Attention! The cooling water inlet and outlet are shown in the picture, don’t connect them reversely! When the service temperature is above 100 ℃ , the cooling water must be connected with high temperature resistant pipe. 3.2.1 Cooling Water Requirement Connect the cooling water inlet to the clean water, connect the outlet to the drainage port, and then turn on the water supply.

It can set six groups of time screen if the timing is switched on. It can set six groups of time in total, and each group of time can be selected throu and each group of time can be selected through the switch: disable, timing on or off.
