It contains important information to help work safely with the unit and describes the dangers inherent in machinery. Some of these dangers are obvious, while others are less evident.

Faults and malfunctions capable of impairing safety should be remedied immediately.     Technical Manual & Parts Lists A Word to the Operator The greatest danger inherent in our machines is that of fingers, hands, or loose clothing being drawn into a device by life, coasting or rotating tools or assemblies, or of being cut by sharp instruments or burned by hot elements.

    Technical Manual & Parts Lists Protective Eyewear Protective eyewear that has been tested by the local authorities should be worn whenever there is a possibility of loose or flying objects or particles, such as when cleaning the machine with compressed air. Tools Always count the number of tools in your possession before starting work on the machine.

    Technical Manual & Parts Lists Operation Control Panel The Control Panel allows the operator to start and stop the automatic function of the machine and shut off power to the machine in the event of an emergency. Caution: Unlocking the button with the Power "ON engaged will turn on the power to the machine.

    Technical Manual & Parts Lists Load the roll of gusset material onto the roll holder between the two discs so that when the material is fed toward the flanging head, the good side of the fabric is up. Be sure the drag tension tape is draped over the top of the roll, and the discs are loose against the roll core.
