To put the SS-CN150/CN130 on your TV sé, attach'a foot (supplied) to each
bottom corner of the speaker, and make sure that the speaker is completely
fiat on top of the TV. For greater flexibility in speaker placement, it is
recommended that you purchase the optional speaker stands (WS-F150 or
WS-TV150 available only in certain countries). :
Pour installer le systeme SS-CN150 sur votre téléviseur, attachez un pied
(fourni) dans chaque coin sous I'enceinte, et vérifiez que l'enceinte est bien

Para colocar el SS-CN150 sobre su televisor, fijele una pata (suministrada) a
cada esquina inferior del altavoz, y cerciérese de que haya quedado
completamente nivelado sobre el televisor. Para mayor flexibilidad en la
instalacién de altavoz se recomienda adquirir los soportes de altavoz
opcionales (WS-F150 o WS-TV150 disponible sélo en algunos paises).
Om de SS-CN150 op uw TV-toestel te plaatsen, brengt u onder iedere hoek
van de luidspreker een voetje (bijgeleverd) aan en zet u de luidspreker met
alle vier voetjes stevig op het horizontale bovenbiad van de TV. Voor
maximale flexibiliteit bij het opstellen van de luidsprekers is het aanbevolen
de los verkrijgbare luidsprekerstandaards (WS-F150 of WS-TV150, slechts in
bepaalde lauden verkrijgbaar) aan te schaffen.

Precautions
* Avoid driving the speaker system continuously with a wattage
exceeding the maximum input power of each speaker.
¢ Before connecting, turn off the amplifier to avoid damaging the
speaker system.
* If the +/— connection is incorrect, the bass tones seem to be missing
and the position of the instruments becomes obscure.
* The speaker grille cannot be removed. Do not attempt to remove the
grille on the SS~-CN150/CN130 and SS-V150/130. If you try to
remove it, you may damage the speaker.
In case cotor irregularity is observed on nearby TV screen
With the magnetically shielded types of SS-CN150/CN130, SS-V150/
V130 and SA-W305/W303, the speakers can be installed near a TV set.
However color irregularity may still be observed on the TV screen
depending on the type of your TV set.
If color irregularity is observed...
— Turn off the TV set once, then turn it on after 15 to 30 minutes.
If color irregularity is observed again...
— Place the speakers more apart from the TV set.
—» Keep magnets and other sources of magnetic fields away from
the speaker system since they may cause color irregularities on
your TV screen.
Adjusting the cut-off frequency of
SA-W305/W303
When you use the superwoofer SA-W305/W303 with SS-CN150/
CN130 and SS-V150/V130, set the CUT OFF FREQ control on the
SA-W305/W303 within the range shown in the illustration below.
Setting the Dolby Digital! (AC-3) speaker
size
These speakers are designed to efficiently reproduce digital cinema
sound. When using a Sony amplifier or a Dolby digital (AC-3)
processor, set "SMALL" for the speaker size and "YES" or "ON" for
the subwoofer in the SP.SETUP menu item. Refer to the instruction
manual supplied with your equipment for details.
