immediately. DO NOt use substitute parts. Use only lumex replacement parts. Non-lumex
replacement parts could cause personal injury and damage to the Bath Seat.

iNteNDeD USe
The Bath Seat is intended for use by individuals who require seating support while bathing or showering. It is
designed to be placed fully inside the bathtub or shower.
Contraindications
WaRNiNg: this product has a maximum weight capacity of 350 lb, eVeNly DiStRiBUteD.
WaRNiNg: DO NOt use this product as a transfer bench or climbing device.
WaRNiNg: Use this product only with tub floors wider than 18
aSSemBly
Remove the Bath Seat from the box and place it on a flat, dry surface.
attaching the legs:
1. Locate the seat frame (see
figure 1); place it upside
down on a flat, dry surface.
2. Locate the legs (see figure 2).
3. Attach the legs to the seat
frame (see figure 3). Depress
the locking button at the top
of each leg and slide it into the seat frame until the button protrudes from the hole.
4. Repeat step 3 for each leg.
WaRNiNg: ensure legs are securely installed and all hardware is tight before proceeding.
attaching the Backrest: (model 7921R and 7921KD Series Only)
1. Locate the backrest (see figure 4).
2. Attach the backrest to the seat frame (see figure 5). Depress the
locking buttons and slide the backrest onto the seat frame until
the buttons protrude from the holes.
WaRNiNg: ensure backrest is securely installed and all
hardware is tight before proceeding.
