SAFETY GUIDELINES - PLEASE READ BEFORE USE
WARNING: Important: Use the 7103-HLDR-1 Toilet Paper Holder only under the care of a
healthcare professional. Read and understand these instructions before installing or using
the Toilet Paper Holder. If you do not understand any part of these instructions, contact a
healthcare professional for direction in the use of this product. If the Toilet Paper Holder is
not properly installed, personal injury and damage to the commode could result.
WARNING: If components are damaged or missing, contact your Graham-Field authorized
distributor immediately. DO NOT use substitute parts. Non-Lumex replacement parts could
cause personal injury and damage to the Toilet Paper Holder.

caused by improper assembly or use of this product.
UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove Toilet Paper Holder from carton and protective
packaging. Check for obvious damage to the carton or its
contents. If damage is evident, do not use the product; notify
the carrier and your GF authorized distributor for further
instruction.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (SEE PICTURES AT RIGHT)
1. Locate and unscrew one of the screws holding the armrest to
the frame.
2. Thread the screw provided with the Toilet Paper Holder
through the hole in the Toilet Paper Holder, the flat side of
the plastic spacer, and then into the armrest frame hole.
3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten until secure — do not
over-tighten.
WARNING: Ensure the Toilet Paper Holder is installed as
described before use.
OPERATION
WARNING: Ensure the Toilet Paper Holder is secure before
each use.
MAINTENANCE / CLEANING
WARNING: Check this product weekly for signs of
damage. If damage is found, do not use the product.
Contact your Graham-Field authorized distributor.
Inspect this product weekly and tighten fasteners as needed to
ensure secure installation.
Clean this product with a mild detergent solution, then rinse.
Ensure it is well-rinsed before use.
