To reduce the ringer volume on the Geemarc Liberty 200 Duo phone:
1. Press MENU/OK. 2. Use the ▼▲ keys to select “HS SETTINGS” and press MENU/OK. 3. Select “RING SETUP” and press MENU/OK. 4. Select “RING VOLUME” and press MENU/OK. 5. Use the ▼▲ keys to choose a lower volume level or select “OFF” to mute the ringer. 6. Press MENU/OK to confirm.

5.8 Adjust earpiece and speaker volume There are 5 volume levels to choose from (VOLUME 1 to VOLUME 5) for the earpiece and speaker volume. ▼▲ During a call: Use the keys to set the volume to the desired level. The current level is shown on the display.
All the handsets registered to the base will produce the paging tone. “PAGING” will flash on the handset display. You can stop the paging by pressing Press the RIGHT SOFTKEY on any handset or /HANDSET LOCATOR on the DECT base to stop paging. NOTE: If there is an incoming call during paging, the phone will ring with the incoming call.
5.16 Call transfer or 3-way conference function 5.16.1 Make an Internal Call This feature allows you to make internal calls, transfer external calls and make conference calls. If the called handset is not answered within 60 seconds, it will stop ringing and the handset from which the internal call is made will return to standby mode.
6. PHONEBOOK Up to 60 names and numbers can be stored in the Liberty200’s phonebook for both regular and VIP contacts. The phone numbers saved in t he phonebook can have up to 24 digits. Contact names cannot have more than 12 characters. It is possible to have a specific ringtone for each phonebook entry.

CALLER DISPLAY(NETWORK DEPENDENT) This feature is available if you have subscribed to the Caller Identification service from your network provider. Your phone’s call log can store the 20 last received calls with date and timestamp. The number is shown on the display when the phone is ringing. If the number matches with one of the entries in the phonebook, the caller’s name that is saved in the phonebook is displayed along with the number.
