    1. Safety Instructions Instructions for safety reasons, installer and user are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the contents of this document and all warnings before installation and usage. 1.1. General Safety Precautions ●Please carefully read this manual before any work is carried out on the product, and keep it located near the product for future reference.

    ●Do not expose the product to flammable or harsh chemicals or vapors. ● Do not paint any part of the product, include any internal or external components. ●Do not change any part of the product, especially the battery and cell. ●Besides connection under this manual, any other foreign object is prohibited to insert into any part of the product.

    ● During transportation, severe impact, extrusion, direct sunlight, and rain should be avoided. ●Avoid fast or uneven movement during transport. ●There is a risk of damage to the product or injury to a person if the product falls, rolls over or shakes violently while being lifted or suspended. ●During the transportation and storage of the product, stacking is not allowed.

    ●Use insulated tools. Do not wear metallic items such as watches, bracelets, etc. ●Please turn-off related circuit breakers before and during the installation to avoid electric shock. ●Do not connect any AC conductors or photovoltaic conductors directly to the battery pack. They can only be connected to the specified interface of the product, or are not allowed to be connected.

    ● If here's a circuit breaker between battery and inverter, the breaker is supposed to be on before power on the battery. ●Do not open the product, connect, or disconnect any wires when it's working to avoid electric shock. ●Battery needs to be recharged within 12 hours after fully discharged. ●Follow the regular maintenance requirements to maintain products.

    ●If a user happens to be exposed to the internal materials of the battery cell due to damage on the outer casing, the following actions are recommended. ● In case of inhalation: Leave the contaminated area immediately and seek medical attention. ●In case of contact with eyes: Rinse eyes with running water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

    2. Introduction Ecube Series is a lithium-iron-phosphate battery energy storage system developed and manufactured by RENON. This battery combined with equipment such as PCS, MPPT, EMS, etc., forms an energy storage system that can be used in various application scenarios such as spontaneous self use, peak shaving and valley filling, emergency power backup, etc.

    3. Installation and Usage 3.1. Safe Handling Guide 1) Familiar with the product Be careful when unpacking the system. The product is heavy. Don't lift them with a pole. The weight of the product can be found in the chapter "Specifications".

    3.6. Fasten the Battery Cabinet The battery cabinet must be installed on the concrete base as shown below refer to chapter 3.4. The process of fasten the system is: 1) Check the 8 fixed screw holes with diameter of 16mm on the bottom of the cabinet.

Confirmation before energization 1) Make sure that the battery modules, main controller, and Communication Box in the enclosure have no deformation or displacement. 2) Make sure the PE cables are connected securely. 3) Make sure the power cables are connected securely. 4) Make sure the communication cables are connected securely.

Stop Operation Stopping operation of battery: 1) Step 1: turn off the HV-EN bottom on the Communication Box. 2) Step 2: turn off the Communication Box power switch. 3) Step 3: press the power button of the main controller. 4) Step 4: turn off the power breaker of the main controller.

Make sure the Wi-Fi light on Communication Box will shine constantly. If the WiFi light on the communication box flashes quickly, it indicates abnormal WiFi communication.

    3.9.2 4-GHz Configuration This method only requires inserting a valid SIM card and does not require any other settings to connect the battery system to the Renon Cloud Platform. If use LTE function, please contact the installer to confige the APN.
