When away from my desktop and out of range of my WIFI, how do I reconnect my mobile device to my UGreen DXP4800 Plus Server? Can I access it via Cellular instead of WIFI? All my devices work great under the control of my WIFI but when I'm remote I can't get access using my mobile device...

You can reconnect your mobile device to the UGREEN NASync DXP4800 Plus server remotely by enabling remote access. The NAS provides remote access to files from anywhere in the world. To do this, go to the control panel, navigate to device connection settings, and enable remote access.

Yes, you can access the NAS via cellular data instead of Wi-Fi, as long as remote access is enabled and the NAS is connected to the internet. However, enabling remote access comes with security risks, so proceed with caution.

I notice there are two Modes - Mode 1 UGreenlink remote access (It is checked)... Do I need Mode 2 to be enabled? And if so, how do I configure it?
