Our running deck is not going down when we kick the cylinder

The running deck of the Echelon STRIDE-30 SPORT may not be lowering when the cylinder is kicked because there may be insufficient lubrication between the belt and deck. It is recommended to check for lubrication every other month and apply silicone oil if needed. Lack of lubrication can cause friction and prevent the deck from lowering properly.
