DA/DAC7000 Series Generators
MQPILHEATERKIT
The following instructions are intended to assist the user with the installation of the in-line fuel heater on the
DA/DAC7000 Series Generators. The in-line fuel heater is recommended for de-gelling fuel in cold weather starting
conditions (ambient temperatures ranging at or below ≤ 32°F).
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS (TEMP.
These operating instructions are to assist in corrrect generator
start-up when ambient temperatures are ≤ 32°F.
1. Insert the ignition key into the ignition switch.
2. Turn the ignition key clockwise to the RUN position.
3. Let the fuel heater warm-up for 5 minutes.
4. Turn the ignition key clockwise to the START position.
REQUIRED TOOLS
„ 9/16", 10mm, 17mm Socket and 6" Extension
„ Standard Screwdriver
„ Phillips-head Screwdriver
„ Needle Nose Pliers
„ Side Cutters
„ Torque Wrench (35 ft-lbs./47.45 N•m)
PARTS
Verify that all parts are accounted for. See Figure 1 and
Table 1.
