Introduction Thank you and congratulations on your selection of a BridgeMont truck scale with ZT Digital Load Cell from Avery Weigh-Tronix. Your scale will provide many years of accurate, reliable weighing when properly installed and maintained. If you have any questions during the installation, calibration, or operation of your scale, please contact your local Avery Weigh-Tronix distributor for assistance.
Maintenance 3.1. General Inspection After Installation 1. Rock the scale system both longitudinally and laterally to make sure the entire platform is free to move and no part of the scale is binding 2. Clean under the platform regularly to prevent accumulation of solid material.

4. Inspect the rubber gaiter bellows and buttons for any signs of wear, cracking, or damage. If damage is discovered, contact your authorized Avery Weigh-Tronix dealer immediately for service if damaged. 5. Inspect conduits and cables for any visible damage, wear, or fraying.
When the cables need replacement contact your authorized Avery Weigh-Tronix dealer immediately for service if damaged. 6. Inspect the ZT Digital Load Cells and base plates for debris. If present, carefully wash the components to remove contaminants affecting their functioning. Do not jet wash the connectors.
