OPERATION Cabinet Layout HEATED CABINETS - OPERATION Front Access This cabinet is designed for the display of heated food items. Sliding front doors provide customer access, or a fixed tilt door may be fitted. Rear Access Dual Action swing/sliding glass doors are fitted to the rear of the cabinet.
COUNTER 900/1200/1500 FREESTANDING/TILT FRONT/SLIDING DOOR/HEATED Controls HEATED CABINETS - OPERATION Control Switches The main power switch and light switch are revealed by pulling the louver panel forward. The panel is held shut with magnetic catches. Simply pull the top of the panel to hinge it open.
Preparation cont. HEATED CABINETS - OPERATION Pie Chutes If fitted, the pie chutes If fitted simply rest on the shelf support bars, in place of the shelf trays. The shelves are normally sloping downwards, but can be set horizontal if required.

Swing the rear doors open and pull evenly on the rear ticketing rail. Spring catches prevent the shelves from coming out too far.
FlexiPlus Shelves cont. HEATED CABINETS - OPERATION Shelf Removal The shelf trays must be lifted off before removing the shelf. Unplug the light connector, and pull the shelf out as far as it will come. Toggle the latching keys, to allow the shelf to come further out.

Turn on the main power switch, as shown above. The fans will run and the cabinet temperature will begin to rise. The temperature controller is pre-set to maintain the cabinet temperature over 65, and should not need adjustment.

Interior HEATED CABINETS - CLEANING Internal Glass The internal glass surfaces can normally be cleaned after the pie chutes have been removed. Swing open the rear doors fully, for unrestricted access. Pie chutes The pie chutes simply lift off. The tray support rails can also be removed if desired.
