Operating Routines REFRIGERATED CABINETS - OPERATION After Hours If products are left in the cabinet, it should not be turned off after hours. Shut the cabinet doors and turn off the lights. The cabinet will then operate on minimum load, and stay cold, ready for instant operation when next required. If the store air conditioning does not run after hours, and the temperature is likely to rise above 30C, products should be transferred to night storage and the cabinet turned off.
