    OPERATION Cabinet Layout REFRIGERATED CABINETS - OPERATION Cabinet Access The front of the cabinet can be fixed glass, or fitted with sliding doors, to allow customer access. The rear of the cabinet is fitted with Dual Action swing/sliding glass doors. The front door frame can be tilted open for cleaning.

    Preparation REFRIGERATED CABINETS - OPERATION Rear Doors The Dual Action doors can be opened by sliding them to the side for normal customer service. Alternatively, they can be hinged open to give unrestricted access, for loading, cleaning or adjustment. To hinge the doors open, slide them fully shut and simply pull the center edges outwards, to disengage the magnetic catches.

    Operating Routines REFRIGERATED CABINETS - OPERATION After Hours If products are left in the cabinet, it should not be turned off after hours. Shut the cabinet doors and turn off the lights. The cabinet will then operate on minimum load, and stay cold, ready for instant operation when next required. If the store air conditioning does not run after hours, and the temperature is likely to rise above 30C, products should be transferred to night storage and the cabinet turned off.

An ACR (automatic condensate removal) unit evaporates the water between defrosts. Check that there is no packing material or debris in the ACR tray. The PTC element is self- regulating.

Test Lighting Before replacing an LED strip, check that the power supply is working. Components If there is no dc voltage at the output, the power supply should be replaced. If there is a dc output, the LED strip must be replaced.

Failure to do this will lead to an accumulation of dust and fluff, and the restricted airflow will prevent the unit from working properly. The compressor may overheat and the cabinet temperature may rise.
