The likely causes of the KoolMore KM-BIM66-NSS running water non-stop for over 2 hours and making very limited ice during first-time startup are:
1. The unit is in the rinse cycle, which occurs before starting ice production. 2. The water temperature in the inner tank is too high. 3. Ambient temperature is above 90°F. 4. Refrigeration system malfunction. 5. Blocked hot air outlet or insufficient ventilation (less than 15 cm clearance). 6. Refrigerant leakage or cooling system blockage.
Verify these conditions and contact a technician if the problem continues.
