To ensure that you areusing this product correctly, make sure to
first read this operation manual thoroughly and familiarize your
self with allknowledge, safety information and precautions related
tothe product. After you have read this operation manual, keep it at
hand for reference whenneeded.
1. Confirmation when the product is handed over
- Confirm that the delivered product is the product you ordered.
- If a different product is installed, it will create the risk of injury or fire.
- Contact a nearby retail store if you were delivered an insufficient number
of products or if a damaged product wasdelivered.

3. Caution at use
In usingand operating the product, be sure to observe the following
precautions. Failure to observe the precautions may result in electric
shock, injury or fire. The following precautions are very important and
should be observed at all times.
Cautionforinstallation
1. Confirm whether product is same with order.
2. Use in the places where ambient temperature range is -10℃ ~ +40℃
and humidity is 85% or less.
Also, avoid the place where reaches direct ray of light, and should install
COVER etc. when use adove places.
3. Avoid the places where there are a lot of dust, vibrations, and occurring
flammable gases, corrosive gases.
4. The rear of the controller has an active part.
Install in a box to prevent others from touching it easily.
5. Never put flammables around the motor and controller.
6. Do not use in places where a large amount of static electricity is
generated.
7. Install an overcurrent protection device, earth leakage breaker, and
overtemperature protection device for safety.
Wiring Precautions
1. If do parallel operation with controlled devices in electric furnace of high
capacity, THYRISTOR for welding machine, there may be occasion of
malfunction. Separate and wire by separate power circuit.
2. When do wiring CW-COM, CCW-COM for switching the direction at
wiring for external remote control, please be cateful not to be connected
CW-COM, CCW-COM terminals at the same time.
(when operate in state of connected CW-COM, CCW-COM both
terminals, there may be malfunction and can go hard on the motor.)

Characteristic
- Easy connection, easy manipulation
Motor and wire get easily connected by just
connecting speed control unit connector.
Volume in front face can simply set up
motor rotation speed.
- External control function
On/off, change of rotation direction and instant
stop can be controlled through outside signal
(sequencer or relay signal).
Also, separate volume and direct power can be
accessed from outside and speed setting is
possible by external signal.
- Slow start, slow down functions
Motor is maneuvered at the set accleration
time and stopped at the set deceleration time.
This acceleration and deceleration times can
be controlled within 0.5~10 seconds.
