    HORIZON ® is contraindicated for use on some patients, as identified in the sections below. These patients should either not be treated with HORIZON ® special precautions should be taken before treatment. To ensure safe treatment we recommend that all patients are screened for contraindications.

    3.3 Warnings Attention Consult Operating Manual: Ensure you are familiar with all sections of this operating manual prior to using HORIZON ® WARNING! Failure to heed the following warnings and precautions may cause serious injury, death or damage to the equipment which may render the equipment to be unusable or dangerously unsafe.
