15. DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROTECTIVE SYSTEM
EX621 and EXM621 (M with Metric Option) are vibration sensor designed and manufactured by PCB piezotronics
Inc. These sensors are evaluated for use in Zone 0 environment. They are evaluated for Ex ia IIC T4 Ga classified
hazardous locations. Construction of both EX621 and EXM621 is electrical same. Mechanically EXM has M-type
of connection for power while EX621 sensor are equipped with other type threaded connector. Sensor is powered
in classified area using EX certified Barrier. Sensor incorporates Piezo element for sensing vibration. These signals
are amplified internally on amplifier board
CE Marking shall be accompanied by the identification number of the Notified Body responsible for surveillance
of production.

17. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR SAFE USE
Equipment does not comply with requirement of EN 60079-11:2012 clause 6.3.13 for di-electric testing.
18. ESSENTIAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
The relevant essential Health and Safety Requirements have been identified and assessed in Intertek Testing
and Certification Report Nr. 103117575CR1-002d to -002f issue dated 06/28/2018.
