Personal Safety ⚠ DANGER Before you start using the equipment, you should consult your physician that this type of exercise is suitable for you from a health perspective. Particularly aff ected are persons who: have a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol values, are overweight and/or have not exercised regularly in the past year.
Set-Up Place ⚠ WARNING Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts.
ASSEMBLY General Instructions ⚠ DANGER Do not leave any tools, packaging materials such as foils or small parts lying around, as otherwise there is a danger of suff ocation for children. Keep children away from the equipment during assembly. ⚠ WARNING Pay attention to the instructions attached to the equipment in order to reduce the risk of injuries.

Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fi t properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so.

Step 1: Assembly of the Main Frame and Bottom Frame Attach the main frame (1) to the bottom frame (2) with four bolts (19), four spring washers (23) and four fl at washers (24). Tighten the bolts with the appropriate tool. Biceps/Triceps...

Step 2: Assembly of the Handle Frame Attach the handle frame (3) to the main frame (1) with one axis (5), two big fl at washers (14), two circle rings (16), two caps (15) and two screws (18). Tighten the screws with the appropriate tool.

Step 3: Assembly of the Seat Pad Frame Attach the seat pad frame (4) to the main frame (1) with one nylon tube (8), one extension spring (6), one fl at washer (25), one fl at washer (22), one bolt (21) and one lock nut (26). Attach the seat pad frame (4) to the main frame (1) with one support sleeve (7), two fl at washers (22), one bolt (17) and one lock nut (26).

Step 4: Assembly of the Pads Attach the seat pad (13) to the seat pad frame (4) with two bolts (20) and two fl at washers (24). Attach the back pad (12) to the main frame (1) with two bolts (20) and two fl at washers (24). Tighten the bolts with the appropriate tool.

Adjustment and Exercise Instructions Load and Unload Weight Plates ⚠ CAUTION Make sure to always use some sort of weight collar when exercising with external weights. Never store unused weight plates on the fl oor. Store unused weight plates on a weight rack or respective storage horns. ATTENTION The weight horn is compatible with 50 mm weight plates with a maximum external diameter of 450 mm.

Triceps Dip Sit down on the seat with the back facing the back pad. Grasp the handles fi rmly, keeping the elbows close to your body and bent at a 90 degree angle. While exhaling, push and extend your arms down.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT General Instructions ⚠ WARNING The storage location should be chosen so that improper use by third parties or children can be prevented. If your equipment does not have transportation wheels, the equipment must be disassembled before transportation. ATTENTION Make sure that the equipment is protected from moisture, dust and dirt in the selected storage location.
TROUBLESHOOTING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE General Instructions ⚠ WARNING Do not make any improper changes to the equipment. ⚠ CAUTION Damaged or worn components may aff ect your safety and the life of the equipment. Therefore, immediately replace damaged or worn components. In such a case, contact the contract partner.

RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES To make your training experience even more effi cient and pleasant, we recommend that you add suiting accessories to your fi tness equipment. For training equipment like smith machines, weight benches or racks this could for example be a fl oor mat, which makes your fi tness equipment stand more securely and also protects the fl oor from sweat but it could be also additional weights, handles, foot straps for leg exercises or triceps ropes.
