SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions in order to avoid injury or damage, and to get the
best results from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer this
appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual.
In case of damage caused by user failing to follow the instructions in this manual the warranty will be void. The
manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, a negligent use
or use not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.
1.
This appliance shall not be used by children from 0 year to 8 years. This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above if they are continuously supervised. This appliance can be used by people
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.

Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
4.
Cooking appliances should be positioned in a stable situation with the handles (if any) positioned to avoid
spillage of the hot liquids.
5.
Regarding the instructions for cleaning the surfaces which come in contact with food or oil, please refer to
the paragraph "cleaning and maintenance" of the manual.
6.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control
system.
8.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in
shops, offices and other working environments; farm houses; by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments; bed and breakfast type environments.
9.
If an extension cord is used it must be suited to the power consumption of the appliance, otherwise
overheating of the extension cord and/or plug may occur. There is a potential risk of injuries from tripping
over the extension cord. Be careful to avoid dangerous situations.
10. In case of damage, caused through not paying attention to this instruction manual, the warranty expires at
once. The manufacturer/importer does not accept any liability for damage caused as a result of ignorance
of the user manual, careless usage or the usage against the instructions in this manual.
11. This product can only be used according to its rated information printed on the rating label.
12. Make sure the national voltage supply is in compliance with the rating label information. If you have any
doubt about the way of operating the product or you are not sure about the compliance of the ratings
with the national power supply please contact an authorized electrician/service centre.
13. The socket must be designed that the attached plug will fit into it.
14. This product is for indoor use only! It is not suitable for outdoor use.
15. Please prevent the product to be exposed to excessive dirt and humidity.
16. Any other way of operating the product, except the described one, will lead to dangers such as short
circuit, fire or else. It is not allowed to modify this product in any way and the housing has not to be
opened, otherwise the product will not be any longer in compliance with its safety class.
17. Never connect or disconnect the plug with wet hands.
18. Never unplug the plug by pulling the power supply cord. Always pull the plug itself.
19. During installation/cleaning, please pay attention that the power supply cord will not be squeezed or
damaged.
20. Always disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow the product to cool down to room temperature:
before storing away the appliance; before cleaning or maintenance; after use; if you are not going to use it
for a long period of time.
21. Clean the product itself with a slightly damp cloth.
22. Never replace a damaged power supply cord by yourself. In such case, or in case of malfunction, contact
an authorized electrician/service centre for examination, repair or adjustment because special tools are
required.
23. Products, which are operated on mains supply, do not belong into the hands of children.
24. Keep out of the reach of children and never leave the unit unattended when switched on.

    HOW TO OPPERATE THE DEEP FRYER Never switch on the deep fryer without oil or fat, as this could damage the machine. Also, do not place any other liquids such as water or other substances in the tank. Place the deep fryer on a dry, stable surface. Since the deep fryer becomes hot during use, make sure that it is not too close to other objects.

    The lid can be removed from the deep fryer to be cleaned. Open the lid and pull it slightly towards you to align the latches with the slots that hold the lid, then pull it upwards. To replace, follow these steps in reverse order.

    THERMOSTAT Das einstellbare Thermostat schaltet die Fritteuse automatisch aus. Dies kann geschehen, wenn die eingestellte Temperatur der Fritteuse erreicht wurde. Wenn das einstellbare Thermostat die Fritteuse ausschaltet, brauchen Sie nichts unternehmen. Sinkt die Temperatur unter den von Ihnen eingestellten Wert, schaltet das Gerät automatisch wieder ein.
