It has been specially developed to free shrink-wrapped bottles from their packaging. These operating instructions have been carefully prepared to help you make optimum use of the ASF15. This signal word indicates a hazard with a high degree of risk which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury. Medium risk level WARNING! Operators manual Production engineering ASF15 2.3 Product-specific safety instructions and intended use WARNING! The rotor must be fully opened when loading or unloading the turntable. Due to its own weight, there is a risk of the partially opened rotor closing automatically and trapping body parts. ASF15 4 Installation Instructions Please check the scope of delivery for completeness before starting the installation. Mounting the rotor The arrows attached to the rotor plates must point towards the infeed direction. Make sure that the rotor plates are in a horizontal position when the stop bolt engages with the slide. The bolt is pressed against the slide when the rotor is opened. Adjusting the unit to the in-feed height The unit is set to the operating height specified in the order. If there is a difference in height, the four adjusting feet must be set in such a way that the unit is in a horizontal position and that the heights of the push-off plate and the rotary table match. Close the rotor and turn it by 180°. Now the other push-off plate must match the rotary table height precisely. 5 Usage 5.1 ASF15 Handling Place the bottle pack upside down in the opened rotor ƒ Slit the plastic foil crosswise and pull it back over the edges ƒ Close the rotor and turn it ƒ Open the rotor and remove the plastic foil ƒ Push-off the bottles for further processing ƒ... -

However, if the height of the bottle packs is not known at delivery, the ASF15 must be adjusted manually. Operators manual Production engineering ASF15 6 Maintenance and Care Maintenance The product is basically maintenance-free but not wear-free. If a wear-related defect should occur, please contact your deal- er or Sonation directly to clarify the further steps. Cleaning and care Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the surfaces. Aggressive solvents, bases or acids must not be used for cleaning. If you have any questions about the compatibility or applicability of cleaning agents, please contact your dealer or Sonation before use. If the device comes into contact with hazardous substances, it is the user‘s responsibility to ensure appropriate decontam- ination. 7 Decommissioning Disposal Dispose of the product in accordance with local and national safety and environmental regulations. The product must be disposed of in accordance with the applicable environmental regulations of the respective country. If you have any questions, please contact us. The product can also be returned to the seller for disposal. In this case, the transportation costs, including packaging costs, shall be borne by the buyer.
