Due to its own weight, there is a risk of the partially opened rotor closing automatically and trapping body parts. ASF15 4 Installation Instructions Please check the scope of delivery for completeness before starting the installation. Mounting the rotor The arrows attached to the rotor plates must point towards the infeed direction. Make sure that the rotor plates are in a horizontal position when the stop bolt engages with the slide. The bolt is pressed against the slide when the rotor is opened. Adjusting the unit to the in-feed height The unit is set to the operating height specified in the order. If there is a difference in height, the four adjusting feet must be set in such a way that the unit is in a horizontal position and that the heights of the push-off plate and the rotary table match. Close the rotor and turn it by 180°. If a wear-related defect should occur, please contact your deal- er or Sonation directly to clarify the further steps. Cleaning and care Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the surfaces. Aggressive solvents, bases or acids must not be used for cleaning. If you have any questions about the compatibility or applicability of cleaning agents, please contact your dealer or Sonation before use. If the device comes into contact with hazardous substances, it is the user‘s responsibility to ensure appropriate decontam- ination. 7 Decommissioning Disposal Dispose of the product in accordance with local and national safety and environmental regulations.
