Quick Reference Guide – Adjust MDV 3050 Series
This Quick Reference Guide explains how to perform a normal adjust with a micro dispensing valve of
the MDV 3050 Series, e.g. with the Microdispensing Valve MDV 3050 (Order No. 1015569, see Figure
1). The MDV 3050 Series works with a Side Adjust and can be combined with the control unit MDC
3090 + . Alternatively, you can perform a remote adjust via the serial interface (see details in User
Manual MDS 3050).

IMPORTANT NOTE!
The system has to be cleaned thoroughly before the adjust. The tappet surface and the
nozzle insert has to be free of dirt, the O-ring-N around the tappet guidance has to be free of
grease and dirt.
INFORMATION
You can stop the adjust any time by pressing [esc], EXCEPT when the green adjust LED is ON.
