7.2 Maintenance Label

Check the fluids and lubricants (engine oil and hydraulic oil).
Check the engine air filter condition indicator for leaks and damaged components.
Lubricate the machine according to the lubrication plan.
Check the exhaust system for damage.
Check the service and parking brake function.
Check the continuous flow shutoff system for proper function.
Check access panels for dirt.
Check the piston rods of the cylinders for damage.
Check the line fixtures.
Check the indicator lights and acoustic warning devices.
Check the engine compartment for damage.
Check the hydraulic couplings for dirt.
Clean the lights/light system and signaling systems.
Check the engine and hydraulic system.
Check the fuel tank level and fill as needed.
Check the tie-down points for damage.
Check and clean the operator platform.
Check the tracks (damage and profile). Check track tension every 10 hours for the
first 50 to 80 hours.
Check the interlocks for proper function.
Check for damaged safety labels. Replace damaged labels.
Check the hydraulic fluid, hoses, and tubelines for damage and leaks. Repair or re-
place as needed.
Check the undercarriage for loose bolts and nuts.
Check battery for damage and recharge. Check cables, connections, and elec-
trolyte level.
Check the track tension.
Replace the hydraulic filter (only after the first 50 hours).
Replace the engine oil (if not using the recommended 10W50).
Replace the fuel filter.
