PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION Before you start: 1.Choose a clean, level, spacious assembly area. Avoid hard surfaces that may damage the product 2.Take care when lifting. - Page 5 STEP 1: • Prepare a protected surface with a blanket or cardboard. • Connect headboard frame(2) and back storage panel(9) to the left&right wooden post(3)&(4) with 8x wooden dowel(B). • Secure the headboard frame(2) and the left&right wooden(3)&(4) post with 4x barrel nut(D). •...
- Page 6 STEP 2: • Screw 5x mini fit(A) with top bar(1) as shown. • And then fix the top bar(1) to headboard frame(2) and left&right wooden post(3)&(4). • Lock 5x mini fit(A).
- Page 7 STEP 3: • Screw 5x mini fit(A) with top bar(1) as shown. • And then fix the top bar(1) to footboard frame(5). • Lock 5x mini fit(A).
- Page 8 STEP 4: • Fix the 2x gas piston(20) to each hydraulic base(18)&(19) as shown. • Fix the spacer(10) together with left hydraulic base support on left siderail(6) by 4 sets JCBC bolt(Q) and flat washer(P). • Repeat for the right siderail.
- Page 9 STEP 5: • Join the left siderail(6) and right siderail(7) with centre storage panel(8) by 4pcs wooden dowel(B) and 4 sets mini fix(A). • Fix the 2pcs plastic block(U) on each siderails by 4pcs M4x25mm screw(V).
- Page 10 STEP 6: • Fix the bed wooden frame by 16pcs JCBC bolt(F)
- Page 11 STEP 7: • Fix metal 2x corner block(C) with 8pcs JCBC bolt(G) and 8pcs flat washer(P).
- Page 12 STEP 8: • Fix 2x base handle(J) with headboard end metal bar(13) by 4pcs JCBC bolt(E) and 8pcs flat washer(P). • Fix 1x footboard handle(O) with footboard end metal bar(14) by 2pcs JCBS bolt(H),4pcs flat washer(P) and 2pcs nut(L) • Assemble the metal frame(11),(12),(13)&(14) by 8pcs JCBS bolt(H),16PCS flat washer(P)&8pcs nut(L).
- Page 13 STEP 9: • Assemble 32x slats(17) with 32x single slat cap(M) & 16pcs Double slat cap(M). • Attach 16 sets salts on metal frame.
- Page 14 STEP 10: • Attach the bed platform with hydraulic base by 6x JCBC bolt(E)& 6x flat washer(P).Do not fully tighten the bolts at this stage. • Fix 2x support leg(16) by 4x JCBC bolt(E).
- Page 15 STEP 11: • Adjust the bed platform make sure that the distance to headboard is no more than 10mm. • Tighten all bolts and screws.
- Page 16 Assembly Is Complete CAUTION Always Lift Your Bed When Moving /Relocating - Do Not Drag. Dragging Can Cause The Centre Support Legs To Bend/Break.

PRODUCT CARE: FURNITURE / BED 1. When assembling your furniture / bed please ensure that you have checked the contents for all relevant parts. 2. When tightening bolts make sure that they are fully tightened but not forced. 3. When moving your fully assembled bed you must first remove the mattress and lift the frame into position, take care when lifting and always have two people handling the bed.
