F210 VISION SENSOR
User-friendly standard software package
The F210 (as well as the F250 series vision system) comes
with a standard flow-menu configuration software package
(F250-UM3FE) that enables standard inspection tasks to be
easily configured via the user-friendly Graphical User Interface
(GUI). Flow menus select the required processing items from
the library and combine and link them for you. This software
optimizes measurement images, performs measurements
according to work-piece tolerance, and checks periodically
for data variations.
The standard software package comes
with approximately 70 different processing
functions. Just select the necessary
inspection items from the package and
install them. During setup of an inspection
task any combination of processing
functions can be selected from the menu.
Conditional inspections (branching) can
also be defined using measurement
results or digital input events.
