Preparing the cartridge (Fig. B)

Cut the cartridge with a sharp knife.
Screw the nozzle on to the cartridge.
Cut the point of the nozzle to the desired length.
Note: The internal diameter of the point
should be ‗ > 3 mm. We recommend that the cut
is made at an angle of 45°. This is intended as
indicative information only. The actual values
used will depend on the layout and dimensions
of the surfaces you are working on.
Note: If you reuse a previously used cartridge,
clear the blocked point with a thin, sharp knife.

Inserting the cartridge (Fig. C)

Screw the cartridge tube
Pull the piston
back into its starting position.

Insert the cartridge into the cartridge tube
as far as it will go.
Screw the cartridge tube

Switching the device on and off
If necessary unlock the ON / OFF switch
by moving the safety lock-out
Switching on:
To start the device, press the ON / OFF switch
and keep it pressed.
Switching off:
To switch off the device, release the ON / OFF
switch

Applying sealant / adhesive

Set the desired speed on the feed rate selector
wheel

Hold the device at a slight angle to the surface
about to receive the sealant/adhesive.
Press the ON / OFF switch

Ensure that the sealant is applied in such a way
that it is in full contact with the two surfaces.

petrol, solvents or cleaning agents that might
attack plastic.
