Page 13: Working Principle Of The Machine
Description Working principle of the machine The machine can be used to turn a product. The type, weight and size of the product is defined in the specification sheet. The product is turned by the difference in velocity between the two conveyors of the machine. In the examples below the product is turned clockwise, which means conveyor 2 is running at a higher speed than conveyor 1. - Page 14 Description The machine operates in the direction indicated by the arrow. The light grid measures the predefined dimensions of the product. First the light gird measures the length of the product, to make sure that the product is fully on the machine.
