IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Ensure the voltage and frequency matches the voltage on the appliance rating label.
2. Before using, ensure the power cord and plug work properly. If the power cord or plug is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or qualified persons to avoid a
hazard.
3. Do not cover the outlet and inlet of the air cooler.
4. Keep the wind inlet away from walls, curtains and other obstacles, as they could block
the air flow and affect the performance.
5. Do not cover the outlet. Choose a socket which exceeds a 10A current. Do not connect
other appliances to the same socket.
6. Do not place the air cooler on sloped or uneven surfaces.
7. Do not use the air cooler outdoors, next to the bath, shower or pool.
8. When the appliance is on the 'Cool' (humidifying) function, the water level must be less
than 'MAX' and more than 'MIN'.
9. When filling the water tank, fo not tilt or shake the appliance.
10. Never touch the plug with wet hands – this is an electricution hazard,
11. When the appliance is on, never insert hands or objects into the appliance.
12. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they remain under supervision or follow instructions given by a person responsible for
their safety.
13. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
14. Turn off the power before unpluging the unit. When unplugging, do not pull the power
cord – this could result in a fire or electric shock.
15. When not in use, unplug the appliance.
16. Do not place items on top of the air cooler.
