SECTION 6: SERVICE

Review the troubleshooting procedures in this section if a problem develops with your machine. If you need
replacement parts or additional help with a procedure, call our Technical Support. Note: Please gather the
serial number and manufacture date of your machine before calling.

Troubleshooting

Possible Solution
1. Reduce wheel pressure.
2. Clean and protect all wheel surfaces (Page 28).
3. Replace wheel (Page 18).
1. Use a consistent and smooth tracking pattern that
overlaps with each back-and-forth pass (Page 21).
2. Start with least amount of pressure, then gradually
increase pressure when curve stops forming
(Page 20).
1. Reduce wheel pressure.
2. Replace wheel bearings.
1. Use a lower wheel with a larger radius (less crown).
1. Start with lower wheel of largest radius (least curve)
and work up to correct radius for operation.
1. Start with least amount of pressure, then gradually
