VEHICLE WARRANTY

WARNING
Please note that the warranty is not
valid if the vehicle is used for racing on
track or on public roads, since this is a
use other than and incompatible with
the on-road use for which your vehicle
has been specifically

vities, including, but not limited to, taxi
services, rental, etc.
Furthermore, remember that MV Agusta
reserves the right to assess the validity
of the warranty in all cases, with no

its original configuration, this also inclu-
des use of spare parts and/or genuine
MV Agusta accessories fitted by the
customer service at a MV Agusta dealer.

repair, setup, replacement or other

workshops and/or technicians and/or
service and repair centres and, general-
ly, by any third party that does not ope-

its qualified technical personnel for
vehicle maintenance (technical cour-

manuals; genuine spare parts, etc.)

parts and/or accessories supplied by

wear parts or parts that are subject to
deterioration (lubricants and liquids,
spark plugs, clutch, filters, chain, crown
wheel, pinion, brake pads, brake discs,
