Battery-free kitchen scales

Safety
• The product is intended only for personal use at home in the
way described in this instruction manual.
• Do not expose the product to vibration, impacts or extreme
temperatures.
• Do not overload the product. The maximum weight of 5 kg
must not be exceeded.
• Do not store anything on the product when it is not in use.

Use
• Always put the scales on a firm, level surface for the best
results.
• The scales can be used with or without a container for the
items being weighed.
Weighing without a container
1. Turn the charge selector (5) until the charge indicator (4)
shows full.
2. Put the item to be weighed on the scales.
3. The measurement (2) will be shown on the display.
Weighing with a container
If you want to weigh items that need a container, for example a
bowl, mug or plate.
1. Turn the charge selector (5) until the charge indicator (4)
shows full.
2. Put the container on the scales. The weight of the container
will appear on the display.
3. Press [ TARE ]. The measurement on the display will be reset
to zero (the weight of the container is not included). Note: It
takes a few seconds for the measurement to reset.
4. Put whatever you want to weigh into the container. The

measurement will be shown on the display.
Note: You can repeat steps 3 to 4 if you want to add the right
amount of several ingredients, for example if you are baking.
Changing the unit of measurement
Press [ UNIT ] (a button on the underside of the scales) to toggle
between different measurement units (g  oz  lb:oz 
water-ml  milk-ml). You should change the measurement unit
before you start weighing.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Clean the scales by wiping them with a damp cloth. Use
only mild cleaning agents. Never use solvents or corrosive
chemicals. Never immerse the scales in water or other liquid.
• Store the scales a dry, dust-free environment out of the reach
of children if you are not going to use them for a long time.
• Store the scales lying flat and without anything on top of them.
Troubleshooting
The display shows "EEEE".
The scales have been overloaded.
The scales do not work.
The charging indicator shows empty.
Turn the charge selector (5) until the
charge indicator shows Full.
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that the product should not be
disposed of with general household waste. This applies
throughout the entire EU. In order to prevent any harm
to the environment or health hazards caused by incor-
rect waste disposal, the product must be handed in
for recycling so that the materials can be disposed of
in a responsible way. To recycle the product, take it to your local
recycling facility or contact the retailer. They will ensure that the
product is disposed of in a way that does not harm the environ-
ment.
