- Page 5 MA-770A/771A 注意/CAUTION ！ 可燃物を置かない／Keep combustible matter away from the welding machine. 溶接時に発生する散り(スパッタ)が可燃物に当たると、火災の原因となります。可燃物が取り 除けない場合は、不燃性のカバーで覆ってください。 Surface flash and expulsion can ignite combustible matter. If it is impossible to remove all combustible matter, cover them with non-combustible material. 毛布や布などをかぶせない／Do not cover the Sensor with a blanket, cloth, etc.

MA-770A/771A 特長／Features この製品は、ウエルドチェッカーおよびウエルドテスターの通電加圧力センサです。 電流・電圧はもちろん、通電中の加圧力も測定することもできます。 使用できるウエルドチェッカーおよびウエルドテスターは下表のとおりです。 This product is a welding force-current sensor for Weld Checkers and Weld Testers. MA-770A/771A のコネクタをウエルドチェッカーおよびウエルドテスターのコネクタに接続します。 電圧値の検出時には電圧検出ケーブルを MA-770A/771A の側面にあるコネクタに接続してください。 なお、コネクタ形状は、枝番によって変わります。 Connect the MA-770A/771A connector to the Weld Checker and Weld Tester connector. When detecting a voltage, connect the voltage-detecting cable to the connector on the side of MA-770A/771A. The connector shape changes depending on the branch number. -

MA-770A/771A 測定／Measurement (１)測定の前に／Before Measurement 以下の手順で、交換プレートを確認してください。 Refer to the following procedures to check the replacement plate. ① 交換プレート取付ネジが緩んでないことを確認します。緩んでいる場合には、約 3.0[N・m]のト ルクで締め付けます。 Check that the mounting screws for replacement plate are not loose. If any of them is loose, tighten with approx. 3.0 [N･m] of torque. - Page 11 MA-770A/771A ② 加圧点ずれ Displacement of weld force point 加圧中心点から前後に 10mm ほど加圧点がずれると、約 25%の測定誤差が生じます。加圧力測定 時にはなるべく加圧中心点で測定するようにしてください。(横方向のずれによる誤差は約 0%) When the weld force point is off by approx. 10 mm back and forth from the weld force center, approx. 25% of measurement error is observed. Be sure to measure a weld force at the weld force center as close as possible.
- Page 12 出部が破損するおそれがあります。また、電極の径によっても荷重に制限があります。加圧時 の衝撃荷重と下表の値などを考慮して、ご使用ください。 If the load more than 1.2 times of rated load (MA-770A: 6000N, MA-771A: 12000N) is applied, the Current/Force sensor unit may be broken. Also, there is a limit to the load depending on the diameter of electrode. Take the impact load during force application and the value in the following table into consideration before use.

MA-770A/771A 保守／Maintenance 交換プレートのすり減り、傷み、めくれなどが激しい場合には、交換プレートを交換してください。交換 チップ取付ネジを 4 本(上下 8 本)取り外すことによって交換チップは交換可能です。4.(2)オプション・消 耗品を参照して、交換プレートをご購入ください。 If the replacement plate is worn down or damaged badly, replace it.
