Whenoperatedand maintained accordingto all suppliedinstructions, i f this Craftsmansnowthrowerfails due to a defectin materialor workman-
shipwithin two yearsfrom the dateof purchase,returnit to any Searsstore,SearsParts & RepairServiceCenter,or otherCraftsmanoutletin the
UnitedStatesfor free repair(or replacement i f repairprovesimpossible).
This warrantyappliesfor only90 days fromthe dateof purchaseif this snow throweris everusedfor commercial o r rentalpurposes.
Thiswarranty coversONLYdefects in materialand workmanship. Sears will NOT pay for:
• Expendableitemsthat becomewornduringnormaluse, includingbutnot limitedto augers,auger paddles,skid shoes,shaveplate,shear
pins, sparkplug,air cleaner,belts,and oil filter.
• Standardmaintenance servicing,oil changes,or tune-ups.
• Tire replacement o r repaircausedby puncturesfrom outsideobjects,such as nails,thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Tireor wheelreplacement o r repairresultingfrom normalwear,accident,or improperoperationor maintenance.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse, includingbutnot limitedto damagecausedby over-speeding the engine,or from impacting
objectsthat bendthe frame,auger shaft,etc.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence, i ncludingbut not limitedto, electricaland mechanical d amagecausedby improper
storage,failureto usethe propergradeand amountof engineoil, or failureto maintainthe equipmentaccordingto the instructionscontained
in the operator'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfuel determined to be contaminated or oxidized(stale).In general,fuel shouldbe used
within30 daysof its purchasedate.
• Normaldeterioration and wearof the exteriorfinishes,or productlabel replacement.
This warrantyappliesonly whilethis productis usedin the UnitedStates.
This warrantygivesyou specificlegal rights,and you mayalso haveotherrightswhich vary from stateto state.
