PROBLEM: You plug in your sauna and see this screen (noUSBDevices):
SOLUTION: A cable has disconnected from the base of the display inside the front panel.
Please contact Customer Support for help fixing this (see the end of this manual for ways to
contact us).
PROBLEM: You see a message that says "There seems to be a communication issue." with
either "(psErrorCount)" or "(initialUSBSetup)".
SOLUTION: Please call High Tech Health Customer Support (see the end of this manual for
ways to contact us).
