The Memmert UNplus oven may not activate when pressing the MENU button if the button press is not recognized or the system is unresponsive. Ensure the appliance is powered on and functioning. If the MENU key is pressed but the display does not change or respond, there may be a malfunction or the touch screen may not be working properly. In such cases, contact authorized service support, as users are advised not to attempt repairs themselves.
