The network where you are making a call. This may be your home
network or another GSM network.
Personal Identification Number - An optional code used for all
GSM-based phones to establish a personal authentication access to
the phone menu. The PIN code is commonly given with your
subscription and is the secret code of the SIM card.
Another authorisation code which is used only for special services.
Function that allows you to restrict dialling to selected numbers.
Personnal Unblocking Code - Used to unlock a blocked SIM card by
entering a wrong PIN code 3 times. This is not commonly delivered
with your subscription and several operators may apply a severe cost

OBject EXchange protocol - Communication protocol allowing

Uniform Resource Locator - URLs are the Internet equivalent of
addresses. Like other types of addresses, they move from the general
to the specific (from zip code to recipient, so to speak), e.g.,

Wireless Application Protocol - Organised and regulated by the
WAP forum, WAP gives the opportunity to GSM network operator
to run specific applications on a wireless network in using the
Internet technology adapted to wireless phones.
