Enforce compliance with the country’s workplace safety and risk prevention standards (country’s labour code). In addition, this also includes the obligation to carry out all inspection and maintenance work at regular intervals. If the lift is not used properly, operational safety cannot be assured. Personal injury and property damage, including to vehicles, the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the product, but the responsibility is that of the operator who handles the lift. The lift must not be used in a potentially explosive atmosphere and it is not recommended to work near a heat source. It is strictly prohibited to use any spare parts other than the original ones certified by the manufacturer.

To do this, pull the handle to unlock the arm and choose a different angled position. Step 5: Place the lever of the hydropneumatic pump in the «up» position and press the pedal to raise the lift. The lift rises up while the pedal is pressed down. As soon as you release the pedal, the lift will stop. Once stopped, the lever must be returned to the neutral position, the middle point.

Then, spread the support arms completely and insert the rubber pads into the supports. Only position the pads underneath the grip points provided by the vehicle manufacturers. Once the support arm is properly positioned, check that it is securely in place and locked simply by moving it from right to left. Raise the vehicle a short distance (all four wheels should leave the ground by about 10 to 15 cm) and check that the pads are correctly positioned and that the vehicle is stable. Once this check has been carried out, lift the vehicle to the desired height. The lift is equipped with a mechanical stop at the end of the cylinder travel, and a pressure relief valve to stop the lift from rising. It is advisable to lower the lift from its maximum height by 1 to 2cm when leaving the vehicle raised for an extended period of time. The position selector of the hydropneumatic pump must always be set to the middle position in order to secure the lifting height of the load. By doing this, the hydraulic system will be relieved and the correct pressure will be in place to keep the vehicle elevated. The diagram below depicts the lifting cycle and the pressure level in the system, in order to illustrate the effect of lowering the lift by 1-2cm after reaching the mechanical stop. If they do not, check that the two return springs are present. There may not be enough clearance between the handle and the arm. Please check that the clearance is greater than 0.2mm. This is adjusted by loosening the 2 M8 locking nuts. It is possible that the handle is bent, in which case the part must be replaced, see the exploded diagram. At the same time, check that the arms engage in the locking notches. If they do not, loosen the 3 screws of the locking mechanism, but avoid forcing them. Reposition the plates so that the notches can pass, and re-tighten each of the screws by 12 to 15 N.m. If there is a problem, contact your dealer for a complete replacement of the indexing system (refer to the exploded diagram, replace the screws and the safety washers at the same time). Checking the oil level: Use chemical-resistant nitrile rubber protective gloves, wear appropriate clothing, and protective eyewear when topping-up or replacing the oil.
