Problem
Steam program
does not start.

3) Only dryers with the Dryness Level option.

5) Note: After a maximum of 6 hours the drying cycle ends automatically.

14.3 Possible causes of
unsatisfactory drying results:
• The filter is clogged. Clogged filter
makes drying inefficient.
• The airflow slots are clogged.
• The drum is dirty.
Possible cause
There is no water in the container
for the steam system. Indicator is
on.
Steam load too low.
Incorrect program selection.
Incorrect load/type of the cloths.
All buttons are inactive, except the
Start/Pause.

The wireless home network does
not work.
The smart device or the appliance
or both are not paired with the
wireless network.
Poor or missing connection be‐
tween the tumble dryer and router.
Fill the container with the distilled
or demineralized water.
Extend the steam load.
Do the selection of the applicable

program.
Use applicable load/type of
clothes.
The appliance downloads the APP
updates. Wait until the update
process is complete. If you deacti‐
vate the appliance during update, it
resumes when you activate the ap‐
pliance again.
Check wireless home network con‐
figuration. Restart the router. If
problem still exists contact your
wireless service provider.
Repeat connection configuration
steps on smart device or the appli‐
ance or both.
Assure proper connection between
the appliance and the home router.
Move the router closer to the appli‐
ance. Equip your home network
with wireless range extender.
Do not use at the same time micro‐
wave oven and remote control.
The microwave oven can disrupt
the connection signal.

settings. See chapter
default dryness level
• Room temperature is too low or too
high. Optimal room temperature is
between 18°-25°C.
