operating!
In the next step both sides of the zipper have to be pulled with light
traction into the direction of the arrows shown in FIG.6. Please take
care that the prefabricated holes stay in place and the connections are
accessible all the time.
It is important to make sure that both sides of the zipper do not remain
more than 20mm apart from each other after being fitted (Fig.6). Now
push both sides of the zipper to the boiler and fix them on the first
position. If necessary, the insulation can be narrowed (Fig.6) down again.
Once the insulation material has been fitted correctly and fastened with
the zipper,
the foamed material is inlayed and closed with a plastic lid on the top.
Finally, rosettes can be fixed onto the connections (Fig.6).
The insulating set should only be stored in a dry place! We cannot
be held responsible for damage because of failure to observe these
instructions!

CONNECTING THE SERPENTINES (HEAT EXCHANGERS) WITH
HEATING INSTALLATION USING ALTERNATIVE AND RENEWABLE
SOURCES
ATTENTION! Qualified P&P specialist and technicians must perform
all assembly works for connection to the heat sources.
The connection of the serpentines (heat exchangers) with the heating
installation should be done considering the marked outlets and inlets as
described below:
IS1 (MS) – Inlet of heat exchanger 1;
OS1 (ES) – Outlet of heat exchanger 1;
IS2 (M) – Inlet of heat exchanger 2;
OS2 (E) - Outlet of heat exchanger 2.
Make sure that the system is empty of air. The presence of air may cost
incorrect work of the boiler. Maximum temperature of the heat transfer
fluid: 110°C. Maximum pressure of the heat transfer fluid: 0.6MPa!A
safety valve inline coil heat exchanger have to be fit according to HVAC
designer requirements but its adjustment must not be higher than Pnr =
0.6MPa. (EN 1489:2000) An expansion vessel according to HVAC Designer
requirements must be installed!
4.
CONNECTING BUFFERS TO THE CENTRAL HEATING LOOP.
EXAMPLES.
Buffers for central heating system are intended for heat accumulation and
stratification with subsequent distribution of heat flows with different
temperatures to the specific consumers. As an example, on Fig.7 is shown
high and low temperature heating realized by buffer. Heat demand is
covered by gas boiler and solar collectors.
ATTENTION! The buffer is a part of a complete heating system that
must be designed and checked by specialized and authorized
personnel! The installation of a safety valve with the exact release
rate is obligatory!!! The maximum designed pressure of the buffer is
3 Bars! Expansion vessel, calculated by the designer, is a compulsory
element of the installation!
VI.

OPERATING MODE

Before using the buffer make sure that the appliance is connected with the
heating installation in correct way and is filled with water.
VII.

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

The manufacturer recommends preventive maintenance of your water
heater every two years by an authorized service center or service base.
(fig.30) Each preventive maintenance of the said type must be entered
in the appliance's warranty card and must outline date of performing
the preventive maintenance, company performing the preventive
maintenance, name of person performing the preventive maintenance,
and signature.
Failure to comply with this requirement may terminate free warranty
maintenance of your buffer.
The manufacturer does not bare the responsibility for all consequences.
VIII.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
